    Job Details:

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide system maintenance & data support (troubleshooting, updates, data cleaning, data migration, and ensuring data integrity).
    • Customize and develop Salesforce features (creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports).
    • Conduct user training and support (training sessions, user guides, and ongoing Salesforce support).
    • Manage Salesforce-related projects (implementations, upgrades, and coordination with stakeholders).
    • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to optimize system functionality.


    •  2–3 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform, in roles such as Administrator.
    • Project Management experience handling Salesforce implementations or upgrades.
    • Business Analysis experience gathering and analyzing business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
    • Data Management skills SQL & Python experience to manage, audit, and clean data.
    • Salesforce technical support experience troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
    • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
