    Robert Half Technology is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Angular and C#/.NET to join support a local client in the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable Cloud Native web applications and services in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks, cloud-based architectures, and CI/CD pipelines, with a strong emphasis on Angular development.

     

    Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (Angular & C#/.NET)

    Location: 100% remote – working in PST hours

    Employment Type: Contract

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and services.
    • Implement high-quality UI components based on UX team requirements using Angular and TypeScript.
    • Build and maintain robust APIs while ensuring seamless integration with existing services.
    • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
    • Enable user analytics, logging, monitoring, and instrumentation for all services.
    • Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards.
    • Work within a two-week sprint cadence, collaborating with cross-functional teams including UX Designers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
    • Implement unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure application reliability.
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues using Kibana, DataDog, or other logging tools.
    • Participate in Sprint planning, demos, and backlog refinement sessions.
    • Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and provide retrospective insights for continuous improvement.
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
    • Proficiency in Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript—must have experience building front-end UI web applications.
    • Strong experience with C# and .NET, including backend development.
    • Hands-on experience in building scalable systems using containers/serverless architectures (AWS preferred, but Azure or GCP experience is acceptable).
    • Experience working in an Agile, CI/CD environment, deploying applications continuously.
    • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including database schema design and querying (e.g., left join, right join, non-relational data structures).
    • Experience in consuming RESTful APIs—must be able to use Postman, Swagger, and understand API authentication and data structures (JSON/XML).
    • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills using logging tools such as Kibana or DataDog.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical team members.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
    • Familiarity with Figma, HTML, and CSS for implementing UI designs (not designing).
    • Experience working with microservices architecture and cloud-based development.
    • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation.
