    We are on the hunt for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role involves collaborating with business leaders and human resources, influencing change, and aligning best practices and staffing needs. You will be a vital member of our team, contributing to the development of common practices and participating in various recruitment and talent acquisition projects. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Understand and align with the needs of the business by closely working with Line of Business leaders.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in the recruitment, hiring, and candidate experience fields while interacting with hiring managers and leadership.
    • Proactively build and manage talent pipelines via various sourcing strategies such as social media, job postings, job fairs, internal databases, and networking.
    • Utilize technology effectively to streamline the hiring process and build candidate pipelines.
    • Collaborate with extended HR team members to ensure job openings and headcount are accurately documented, classified, and priced.
    • Foster a positive experience for managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication regarding the process status.
    • Regularly follow-up with managers, meet key benchmarks for measuring the effectiveness of recruiting efforts, and review recruiting reports with key leaders in each Line of Business.
    • Contribute to and promote a team culture within the Talent Acquisition and HR space, focusing on the growth and development of the function as a whole.
    • Attend necessary meetings to continue learning and growing, proactively supporting the staffing needs of the business within a high-volume, evolving operation.
    • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services for efficient management of financial resources.
    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now to streamline various HR processes.
    • Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode to ensure smooth data transfer.
    • Familiarity with Careerbuilder for effective job posting and candidate sourcing.
    • Strong CRM skills for maintaining healthy relationships with candidates and clients.
    • Proficiency in using About Time software for efficient time tracking.
    • Experience with Applicant Track System to manage recruitment processes effectively.
    • Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks to ensure candidate suitability.
    • Knowledge of Benefit Functions to effectively manage employee benefits.
    • Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with candidates and team members.
