We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure infrastructure services across hybrid environments, including on-premises and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global enterprise infrastructure and a strong commitment to embedding cybersecurity best practices into all aspects of their work.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design, implement, and manage secure and scalable infrastructure solutions for hybrid environments, including on-premises systems and cloud platforms.<br>• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.<br>• Utilize virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V to manage enterprise systems effectively.<br>• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to incorporate security-by-design principles into all infrastructure operations.<br>• Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with security standards and policies.<br>• Configure and manage networking components, including routing, DHCP, DNS, and firewall configurations.<br>• Maintain and update system documentation to support knowledge transfer and operational consistency.<br>• Implement patch management and system hardening practices to strengthen infrastructure security.<br>• Provide technical expertise in Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID for enterprise identity management.<br>• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure systems.
