In this role, you will be integral to our complex litigation team, working extensively with large collections of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and managing the eDiscovery process.     Responsibilities:


    • Manage and organize large volumes of documents, including significant collections of ESI.

    • Utilize eDiscovery platforms and advanced technical skills with several programs.

    • Exhibit advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and document management systems.

    • Coordinate the collection of ESI, evaluate and process complex data for document review.

    • Prepare productions and/or data load files as a critical part of the job.

    • Familiarize yourself with trial presentation software (such as Trial Director or Sanction), Filesite, Access, and Forte.

    • Learn and adapt to other software systems that support a busy litigation practice.

    • Multitask in a professional, team environment while demonstrating a deep commitment to client service and producing a high-quality work product.

    • Utilize skills such as e-Discovery, Document Production, and Relativity.

    • Proven experience as a Paralegal or equivalent role in a legal setting
    • Knowledge and experience of e-Discovery procedures and protocols
    • Proficiency in document production and management
    • Experience in litigation support, specifically in the area of civil litigation
    • Familiarity with the legal software 'Relativity' for conducting e-Discovery
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Knowledge of legal terminologies and principles
    • Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software
