- Ability to prioritize, organize and handle heavy workload
- Data base management of all relevant documents
- Study, analyze and review complex legal documents
- Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks
- 5+ years of experience working as a paralegal within estate planning and trust administration
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is desired
- Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
- Command of Probate & Estate Administration
- Experience with Estate Tax Return
- Strong familiarity with Probate Law
- Comprehensive knowledge of estate planning
- Power of attorney forms experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
