    • Manage all aspects of full cycle accounting for clients, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and month-end/year-end close processes.
    • Perform bank and account reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
    • Maintain balance sheet schedules, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
    • Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their unique business needs.
    • Provide guidance and support to clients on financial matters, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
    • Experience using at least two common accounting ERP software such as Netsuite, Yardi, MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, ADP
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
