You will work closely with various departments and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with multiple departments such as Finance, Legal, Credentialing, Technology, etc. to ensure adherence to acquisition integration/onboarding deadlines
    • Communicate effectively and diplomatically with executive stakeholders
    • Identify and mitigate risks using RAID methodology
    • Negotiate Statement of Work scope, work effort, and deliverables
    • Utilize Project and Excel for detailed work and analysis
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of project and program management principles, methods, techniques, and SDLC
    • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
    • Leverage tools such as Project, Visio, OneNote, Advanced Excel, Workfront, Google Drive for effective project management
    • Apply expertise in acquisition integration during project management.
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Management or Senior Consultant role within the Healthcare/NHS industry.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Project, a key tool for project management tasks such as scheduling and resource allocation.
    • Experience with Workfront, or similar project management software, for efficient project tracking and team collaboration.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
    • Demonstrable experience in Acquisition Integration, to effectively manage and streamline processes during organizational changes or mergers.
