    We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Sacramento, California. This role is in the healthcare industry, where the selected individual will support various administrative functions and engage with different stakeholders.     Responsibilities:


    • Providing daily administrative and secretarial support as directed by the nursing leadership team

    • Acting as a liaison and undertaking special assignments and projects

    • Handling complex and responsible secretarial work independently, relieving administrators of administrative detail and non-routine work

    • Managing front desk duties, including greeting and directing visitors

    • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, including calendar management

    • Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes

    • Undertaking data collection and report writing tasks

    • Maintaining proficiency in Office software, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    • Proficiency in Scheduling and Calendar Management, with the ability to prioritize appointments and manage multiple schedules concurrently.
    • Demonstrated experience in taking Meeting Minutes accurately and effectively.
    • Ability to Coordinate Meetings, including planning, setting up, and following through on tasks.
    • Strong skills in Data Collection, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
    • Experience with Front Desk Duties, including managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and handling general inquiries.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
