    • Possession of a valid law license and good standing with the Bar Association.
    • Minimum of one year of experience as an attorney or lawyer, preferably in the field of Business & Commercial Law.
    • Proven ability in handling transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
