Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update large volumes of data into spreadsheets, databases, or other systems.
- Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies, making corrections as necessary.
- Maintain the confidentiality, security, and accuracy of all sensitive data.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records for easy access and retrieval.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with team members and department leads to ensure data aligns with project requirements.
- Generate reports or summaries based on the collected data as required by management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven data entry experience or equivalent administrative work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with data entry software.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
