We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems Analyst in Reno, Nevada. The role is within a dynamic environment, where you will be primarily responsible for maintaining, configuring, and supporting various systems. This position will occasionally require availability during weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of different systems
• Configuration of various systems as per the business requirements
• Providing support for any system-related issues
• Utilizing tools such as Atlassian Jira, Citrix Technologies, and Cloud Technologies for system management
• Incorporating IBM and Linux Technologies for system enhancements
• Employing AB Testing and Active Directory for system optimization
• Implementing Agile Scrum methodologies for project management
• Utilizing Backup Technologies to prevent data loss
• Analyzing and documenting business requirements
• Working with SAP SuccessFactors HCM and performing HRIS Analysis
• Providing occasional weekend support as per business needs.

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Systems Analyst role or similar capacity
• Proficient in using Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking
• Demonstrated experience with Citrix Technologies for remote access and virtualization
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with IBM systems and technologies
• Proficiency with Linux Technologies including server administration and shell scripting
• Familiarity with AB Testing strategies and methodologies
• Experience with Active Directory for identity and access management
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies for project management
• Proficient in implementing Backup Technologies for data protection
• Experience in drafting Business Requirement Documents
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM for managing human resources
• Demonstrated experience in HRIS Analysis for assessing HR data and systems
