    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Executive Assistant / Project Manager to support senior leadership and manage high-impact initiatives across the organization. This dual-role position is ideal for a detail-oriented and strategic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is experienced in both executive-level administrative support and project coordination. The position reports directly to a senior executive and works closely with various leaders and cross-functional teams to drive key projects to completion.


    Key Responsibilities

    Executive Support

    • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for senior executives
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, take meeting minutes, and track action items
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
    • Organize and coordinate executive-level events, workshops, and strategic sessions
    • Maintain confidential records and assist with high-level correspondence

    Project Management

    • Partner with leadership to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple business initiatives
    • Lead project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement across departments
    • Identify process gaps and implement strategies for operational efficiency and effectiveness
    • Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and manage communication of project status and outcomes
    • Monitor risks and issues and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 8+ years of experience in executive administrative support, with project management responsibilities
    • Experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Comfortable working in a matrixed or cross-functional environment
    • Experience in healthcare, technology, or professional services industries preferred, but not required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and collaboration platforms
