Responsibilities:
• Supervise the drafting, negotiation, and finalization of commercial contracts to ensure the organization's best interests are served.
• Serve as a point of contact for all contract-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and appropriate responses.
• Keep comprehensive records of all legal contracts, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in various corporate matters as they arise, demonstrating adaptability and comprehensive knowledge of corporate law.
• Facilitate corporate transactions, ensuring they align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Participate in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Monitor customer accounts proactively and take necessary action when required.
• Handle customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.
• Proven experience in the IT Software industry as a Contracts Manager or similar role
• Comprehensive understanding of Corporate & Commercial law principles
• Familiarity with Corporate Governance and able to apply its principles in contract management
• Proficient understanding of Corporate Law and its application in the IT Software industry
• Experience with Corporate Transactions, particularly in the context of contract negotiation and management
• Expertise in managing Commercial Contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiation
• Demonstrate a high level of understanding of Contracts, especially in the IT Software industry
• Ability to Draft Contracts with clarity, ensuring all necessary clauses and stipulations are included
• Proficiency in managing Legal Contracts, ensuring compliance with both company and legal standards
• Skilled in Negotiating Contracts, with a proven track record of securing favourable terms for the company.
