We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Part-time Administrative Assistant based in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. This role is situated within a setting where you'll be tasked with handling a variety of administrative duties including inventory management, office restocking, scheduling, and expense reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general office and administrative support to ensure smooth operations
• Manage inventory and restock office supplies as necessary
• Handle scheduling duties, ensuring all appointments are accurately recorded and managed
• Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Respond to inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
• Carry out data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
• Manage email correspondence effectively and professionally
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain detail-oriented relationships.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with email correspondence, capable of crafting detail-oriented and well-structured emails.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, showcasing effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for managing and analyzing data.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for organizing emails, calendars, and meeting schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents.
• Experience in scheduling appointments, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple schedules.
