In this role, you will manage time‑sensitive tasks, streamline communication, and ensure the CEO is fully prepared each day. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in supporting one executive with efficiency and care.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments with accuracy and discretion.</p><p>• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and follow‑up notes to ensure the CEO is fully equipped for all engagements.</p><p>• Handle email and communication management, including drafting correspondence, prioritizing messages, and maintaining timely follow‑through.</p><p>• Support board relations by preparing board packets, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication.</p><p>• Serve as a warm, professional point of contact for partners, donors, board members, and community stakeholders.</p><p>• Draft and edit communications such as emails, memos, talking points, and occasional public‑facing materials.</p><p>• Assist with donor stewardship activities, including thank‑you letters, event coordination, and relationship‑building touchpoints.</p><p>• Show up prepared each day to review priorities with the CEO and ensure all needs are anticipated and addressed.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.</p><p>• Provide additional administrative support as needed to keep operations running smoothly.</p>
