    A growing Portland-based firm is looking for a contract to permanent Marketing and Media Production Coordinator to assist the marketing team. This is an integral role to coordinating on site video and photo shoots, trade shows, and enhancing the overall branding of the company.


    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and assist with on-site photo and video shoots, stepping in as a secondary photographer/videographer when needed.
    • Manage the organization and storage of photos and videos, ensuring easy accessibility and efficient use of assets.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, as well as providing on-site support when required.
    • Contribute to various marketing initiatives, providing support where necessary to ensure smooth execution.
    • Manage and update the marketing calendar, scheduling tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Assist in maintaining a consistent brand image across all marketing materials and platforms.
    • Support the production team by following up on project statuses and coordinating necessary actions.
    • Act as a general support for the marketing team, helping to enhance overall efficiency.
    • Assist with the maintenance and updating of social media platforms, helping to promote brand awareness and engagement.
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand image and business objectives.

    Requirements:

    • A background in video and/or photography
    • Strong detail and coordination skills
    • A go-getter who is proactive and able to work well under deadlines and with multiple responsibilities
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Able to encompass consistent brand image of the company in all marketing assets
    • Willingness to travel periodically for trade shows

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
    • Knowledge of design, architecture, or construction
