As an Attorney/Lawyer, you will be involved in all aspects of litigation, ranging from complex legal research to drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs. You'll also be expected to provide excellent work product that reflects strong research, writing, and analytical skills. <br><br>Responsibilities: <br><br>• Engage in complex legal research for various litigation cases<br>• Draft and revise legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs<br>• Handle litigation cases in both State and Federal Courts<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to litigation <br>• Utilize interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively<br>• Develop strategies to resolve cases in a favorable manner for the client<br>• Utilize skills in Civil Litigation, Motions, Draft Pleadings, Legal Briefs, and Legal Research<br>• Ensure all actions taken are in compliance with the rules of the California Bar<br>• Monitor and update client files as necessary<br>• Work to improve the firm's efficiency and case management by developing new processes and procedures.
