    Key Responsibilities:

    • Network Maintenance: Design, implement, and manage the organization’s computer networks, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity
    • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve IT system issues, minimizing disruptions and maintaining network availability
    • System Monitoring: Regularly monitor network performance, ensuring optimal speed, security, and reliability.
    • Software and Hardware Management: Install, configure, and upgrade network hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
    • Cybersecurity Tasks: Conduct system audits and implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and mitigate risks
    • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and incidents.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with IT personnel, vendors, and other departments to improve infrastructure and resolve technical challenges.
    • Training and Support: Provide technical guidance and training to team members and end-users as needed.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
    • 3+ years of proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewall management, and security best practices.
    • Proficiency with technologies such as Cisco, VMware, or Windows Server environments.
    • Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or MCSE are highly desirable.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
