The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate property management and will possess strong organizational, financial, and customer service skills. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining property values, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency. This is a contract to hire role. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Rent Collection & Property Fees:</strong> Collect rent payments and other fees from commercial tenants and individual property owners in a timely and professional manner.
