    We are on the hunt for an experienced Director of Marketing for a client based in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, the ideal candidate will have strong experience designing and running large lead generation campaigns, will have a demonstrated history and ideally a portfolio of hands-on content creation and management, and will bring knowledge and experience in analytics/reporting, able to adjust campaigns in real time based on what's learned.


    Responsibilities:


    • Conceptualize, create, implement and optimize integrated online/offline marketing programs to generate pipeline and revenue

    • Develop, implement, refine, and analyze B2B marketing programs to generate pipeline

    • Develop annual marketing strategies, goals, and tactics that support the annual revenue plan

    • Manage an internal sales team to execute campaign and demand generation programs

    • Create and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to achieve lead, acquisition, retention, and revenue goals

    • Analyze marketing campaign metrics, provide comprehensive feedback to management and recommend updates and/or revisions

    • Develop content strategy, monitor content engagement data and the online preferences of the target audience and optimize content strategy

    • Identify opportunities to develop new channels and/or expand existing channels for customer acquisition

    • Design and manage the marketing department’s budget to plan

    • Social media management with a focus on driving engagement and lead generation

    • Define how, where, when, and to whom content is delivered within digital presence

    • Develop marketing benchmark criteria and KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing initiatives

    • Report performance on all KPIs as needed and advise on strategic adjustments to achieve growth goals.

    • Proven experience in B2B Marketing.
    • Strong understanding and application of Brand Marketing.
    • Expertise in Channel Marketing.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective Content Marketing strategies.
    • Proficiency in Data-driven marketing.
    • Extensive knowledge of Digital Marketing.
    • Experience in Email Marketing.
    • Demonstrated ability to Drive Lead Generation.
    • Track record of successfully implementing Lead Generation Campaigns.
    • Experience with the development and execution of Lead Generation Programs.
    • Proficiency in using HubSpot.
    • Experience with Salesforce Platform.
    • Skilled in Social Media management and marketing.
    • Proven ability to design and execute Social Media Campaigns.
    • Knowledge of various Social Media Channels.
