    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the litigation calendar to ensure all deadlines are met
    • Conduct filing with the courts as part of the legal process
    • Handle client relations and provide top-notch customer service
    • Perform briefing and billing functions to maintain seamless operations
    • Ensure all docketing tasks are completed accurately and promptly
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
    • Take necessary action based on monitoring of customer accounts
    • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
    • Maintain up-to-date and precise customer credit records.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a legal secretary role or similar
    • Proficiency in billing functions within a legal context
    • Demonstrated ability in briefing and preparing legal documents
    • Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex meetings
    • Strong client relations skills, with the ability to professionally interact with clients, lawyers, and other staff members
