    We are offering an opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in the Real Estate - Developers industry, located in Scottsdale, Arizona, 85250-4421, United States. As a Help Desk Analyst II, you'll be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will be responding to customer queries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, and determining and implementing solutions.


    Responsibilities:


    • Handle an average of 10 customer tickets per day

    • Utilize technologies such as Intune, Ubiquiti, MS365, Outlook, and SharePoint to resolve customer issues

    • Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSP) for escalated issues

    • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, and Microsoft

    • Use Active Directory to manage user accounts and access controls

    • Assist with the configuration and management of Apple Devices and Computer Hardware

    • Carry out deployment tasks as necessary

    • Leverage skills in Configuration Management to ensure systems are running optimally

    • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with Intune, Ubiquiti, MS365, Outlook, and SharePoint

    • Solid experience with Cisco Technologies.

    • Knowledge of Citrix Technologies.

    • Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Mac Computers.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft software and services.

    • Experience with Active Directory is required.

    • Proven experience and proficiency with Android and Apple Devices.

    • Good understanding of Computer Hardware.

    • Experience with Configuration Management.

    • Prior involvement with Deployments in a professional setting.

    • Must have excellent problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Ability to work in a team environment.

    • Strong customer service orientation.

    • Willingness to stay updated with system information, changes, and updates.

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
