The role is in the outdoors consumer goods industry and will be based in an office setting. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be expected to handle cash applications, data entry, and B2B collections with minimal phone time.


    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

    • Maintain precise records of customer credit

    • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

    • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

    • Handle cash activity and cash applications with accuracy

    • Conducting B2B collections as required

    • Utilize accounting software systems, including Netsuite and/or SAP, to manage accounts receivable

    • Perform various accounting functions, including data entry and calculations

    • Use CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to streamline processes
