As an Attorney/Lawyer, you will handle personal injury cases, primarily focusing on motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall incidents. Your role will include managing cases from intake to trial, conducting legal research, and communicating with clients and insurance companies to progress cases. <br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.<br>• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel to expedite case progression.<br>• Oversee all aspects of personal injury cases, from intake and discovery to settlement negotiations and trial preparation.<br>• Handle a case load primarily focused on motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, with occasional medical claims.<br>• Provide clients with strategic legal advice, managing case strategy, and analyzing case evidence.<br>• Report to the overseeing partner, who is responsible for managing personal injury cases.
