Robert Half is in search of a top-notch Executive Assistant to add some dynamism to our client based in South Jersey. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the client by managing schedules, monitoring and responding to emails, organizing materials for meetings, and ensuring key initiatives progress efficiently. The ideal Executive Assistant will be successful if they have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks within set deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support by conducting operational activities
- Manage and maintain schedules and calendars efficiently
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics as necessary
- Safeguard confidential information and maintain related files and records
- Proofread and manage legal agreements
- Coordinate the preparation and dissemination of reports
- Oversee the upkeep of all administrative documents and files
- Provide assistance in the management of business operations
The ideal Executive Assistant candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.
Other requirements for the Executive Assistant position include and are not limited to:
- 6+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Experience with Excel required; Concur preferred
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
- Experience with calendaring, scheduling, email management, meeting coordination
- Knowledge of efficient office procedures and practices
