    We are seeking an experienced Sr. R/E Transactions Analyst to join our real estate client's team in the Horsham Area, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be involved in the Real Estate & Property industry, managing multiple transactions and assisting with the due diligence process.


    Responsibilities:


    • Oversee a considerable volume of transactions related to real estate.

    • Collect, review, and systematize due diligence materials for both internal and external transactions.

    • Work closely with the Investment and Capital Markets Teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.

    • Collaborate with different internal divisions to evaluate and address operational risks.

    • Promptly communicate any identified risks or issues to the deal team members.

    • Suggest and convey solutions to mitigate risks discovered during the due diligence stage.

    • Continuously strive to enhance understanding of processes in order to become an expert in the field.

    • Coordinate with external vendors to secure necessary inspections, including surveys, PCA’s, Environmental assessments, and more.

    • Undertake special tasks as required to support transaction processes.

    • Utilize skills in Budget Processes, Capital Management, Commercial Real Estate Investment, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Investments, Real Estate Transaction, and Yardi software.

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Real Estate & Property industry, preferably in a similar role as a Real Estate Transactions Analyst.

    • Proven skills and expertise in Budget Processes, crucial for the effective management of financial resources within the team.

    • Proficiency in Capital Management, ensuring optimal utilization of company assets for maximum returns.

    • Solid knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, with an ability to analyze, assess and manage property assets.

    • Experience in Commercial Real Estate Investment, with a focus on identifying profitable investment opportunities.

    • Strong understanding of Real Estate Finance, to inform decision-making processes and ensure the financial viability of property transactions.

    • Proven track record in Real Estate Investments, demonstrating a keen eye for profitable investment opportunities and risk management.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage Real Estate Transactions, with a focus on managing contracts, negotiations, and closings.

    • Proficiency in using Yardi software, a leading real estate management software, to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
