    Responsibilities:

    • Driving the procurement team and processes across the company portfolio.

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a procurement role within the Wholesale Distribution industry - agricultural, food or similar industry ideal!


    • Demonstrated proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions


    • Comprehensive understanding and experience with budget processes


    • Proficient in buying processes and purchasing activities, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness


    • Experience managing a purchasing department, including staff supervision and development


    • Proven track record in purchasing management and procurement management


    • Experience with corporate procurement strategies and implementation


    • Knowledge and experience in retail buying, preferably within a wholesale distribution context


    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills


    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
