    We are in the market for a meticulous HR Coordinator to join our team, operating within the financial services industry, based in New York, New York. In this role, you will be given the responsibility of managing customer applications, ensuring the accuracy of customer records, and handling customer queries. Additionally, you'll monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately and promptly process customer credit applications
    • Ensure all customer credit records are up-to-date and accurate
    • Administer employee benefits and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
    • Handle general ledger entries related to payroll and benefits regularly
    • Assist with the administration of 401(k) Plans and ensure accurate and timely funding of 401K, HSA, FSA
    • Support employee Time and Attendance System administration, including password resets, tracking PTO requests, and assisting with timesheet inquiries
    • Provide HR support with various administrative tasks and projects
    • Assist with payroll processes, including processing manual checks/ACH payments
    • Register Employee Banking information in SAP
    • Respond to Employment and Income Verification requests
    • Assist Expatriate Services team with administrative matters, ensuring cross-training and task sharing amongst HR team for mutual support.
    • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required.
    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is necessary.
    • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a must.
    • Ceridian knowledge is essential for this role.
    • Proficiency in using Dayforce is expected.
    • Expertise in About Time software is needed.
    • Auditing skills are a prerequisite.
    • Ability to conduct Background Checks is required.
    • Knowledge of Benefit Functions is essential.
    • Excellent Communication skills are crucial for this role.
