    We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Clarksville, Tennessee. This role is integral to our team, focusing on managing and resolving computer related issues. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be troubleshooting problems, maintaining computers and laptops, and dealing with Microsoft and PDF files issues.

    Responsibilities:
    • Analyze and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Troubleshoot problems related to Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Server.
    • Manage slow running computers and improve their performance.
    • Address issues with Microsoft Outlook running slow and enhance its speed.
    • Resolve problems with PDF files not opening from the computer or outlook unless selected with right click.
    • Perform basic network troubleshooting and hardware troubleshooting as necessary.
    • Utilize Microsoft 365 Enterprise and Microsoft Technologies for various tasks and troubleshooting.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot network-related problems.
    • Proficiency in various Microsoft products including Microsoft, Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Server, Microsoft Technologies, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
    • Strong ability to perform basic network troubleshooting.
    • Experience in basic troubleshooting tasks.
    • Skilled in hardware troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge of network troubleshooting.
    • Ability to troubleshoot effectively.
    • Experience in troubleshooting hardware.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot network issues.
    • Must be tech-savvy and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
