    We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an experienced Oracle Fusion Implementation PM to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is pivotal in the Printing/Publishing industry, focusing on the implementation of Oracle Fusion. The successful candidate will be able to handle both Waterfall and Agile methodologies in a remote work environment, and will serve as a link between the product and development teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implementing Oracle Fusion as the primary focus of the role
    • Communicating effectively with senior executives, showcasing an executive presence
    • Engaging in discovery and planning processes once the Oracle Fusion implementation partner contract concludes
    • Serving as a liaison between the product and development teams in a Wagile environment
    • Actively participating and being hands-on in various projects
    • Adapting and contributing to the company culture
    • Dealing with multiple projects that span over an unspecified period, with the Go-Live date yet to be determined.
    • Proven experience in Project Management, preferably within the Printing/Publishing industry
    • Extensive knowledge and experience with Oracle Fusion
    • Demonstrated ability to implement Oracle Fusion in a business setting
    • Strong leadership skills to manage and direct project teams
    • Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination and stakeholder management
    • Ability to manage project risks and issues effectively
    • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing project plans
    • Proficiency in managing project budgets and resources
    • Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
    • Familiarity with the Printing/Publishing industry's specific needs and challenges
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles
    • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a keen attention to detail
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
    • Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion and Project Management would be a significant advantage.
