    W2 Pay: $22-$30/hr

    We are looking for someone who is open to PT or FT, Contract, Contract to Hire, or Permanent Placements.

     Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
    • Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories, tailored to different audiences.
    • Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
    • Analyze performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights to improve social media efforts.
    • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and emerging tools.
    • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to align social strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
    • Manage social media ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
    • Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement.
    • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and algorithms.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
    • Experience in creating paid social media campaigns and managing ad budgets.
    • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
    • Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand partnerships is a plus.
