Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute sales promotions to boost customer engagement
• Maintain a proactive approach towards informing and educating customers through organization-wide initiatives
• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications in an accurate and efficient manner
• Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records
• Handle customer complaints and claims effectively and fairly, adhering to consumer laws
• Develop improvement plans based on customer surveys to further enhance customer service
• Utilize your understanding of work routines and procedures in your discipline to aid decision-making
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Utilize specialized education or experience to perform tasks and make decisions based on defined guidelines
• Provide training and education to customers to improve their understanding of our services and promotions.
• Proven experience in Customer Service is a must-have for this role.
• Strong Communication skills will be necessary for effective interactions with customers.
• Sales experience is essential as the role involves promoting products and services.
• Previous Training experience is beneficial as the role may involve coaching entry level staff.
• Understanding of Procedures and Planning Processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Experience in Claim Administration to effectively manage and process customer claims.
• Ability to handle Complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with Law Regulation related to customer service to ensure compliance.
• Strong Decision-Making skills to resolve issues effectively.
• Experience in Sales Promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Knowledge of NIS (Network Information System) would be advantageous.
• Experience in conducting Customer Surveys to gather feedback and improve service.
