We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in San Francisco, California. This long-term contract position involves managing and maintaining the textile sample inventory, ensuring seamless support for our design studio. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment and is passionate about organization and inventory management.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Maintain and organize the textile sample closet, ensuring materials are labeled, stored, and easily accessible.<br>• Catalog new samples in the inventory management system, keeping records up-to-date.<br>• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the reordering of materials and samples as needed.<br>• Assist designers by sourcing and preparing sample sets for client presentations.<br>• Greet and interact with clients visiting the studio, providing a meticulous and welcoming experience.<br>• Receive and properly store incoming shipments of materials.<br>• Safely use ladders to access and organize items stored at higher levels.<br>• Provide support to the operations and design teams with various inventory and administrative tasks.
