    We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Accountant to join our team located in Lynnwood, Washington. This role is primarily focused on the processing and management of financial information and transactions. The Corporate Accountant will be a significant asset to the team, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our financial operations.


    Responsibilities:


    • Oversee the process of monthly end close procedures, including the preparation of journal entries and accruals.

    • Perform intercompany reconciliation tasks and coordinate transactions.

    • Prepare and review management reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.

    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and notes on a quarterly and annual basis.

    • Conduct research on IFRS to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

    • Compile cost recovery invoices for various entities and maintain accurate records.

    • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for multiple entities.

    • Provide support during internal and external audit activities.

    • Contribute to the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes as required.

    • Maintain effective communication and relationships with management and staff across all levels.

    • Perform account analysis and prepare working papers and schedules.


    The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000.

    • Proven experience as a Corporate Accountant
    • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures
    • Skilled in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations efficiently
    • In-depth understanding of General Ledger management
    • Capability to process Journal Entries accurately
    • Experience with Month End Close activities
    • Proficient in using NetSuite for accounting purposes
    • Knowledge and experience in using Oracle for financial transactions
    • Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software
    • SAP knowledge and usage experience
    • Previous experience in the Construction Industry is desirable
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
    • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
    • Strong numerical skills and financial acumen
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
