    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager IV to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional programs within our Secure Networking & Cybersecurity Product and Engineering Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives that align with business and technical priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the end-to-end management of program-oriented work efforts, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
    • Implement and refine program management methodologies in collaboration with technical product and engineering teams.
    • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, monitor daily work efforts, identify resource needs, and escalate issues as needed.
    • Facilitate cross-functional meetings involving Product Management, Systems Development, Operations, Engineering, Testing, and Marketing.
    • Track key milestones, adjust plans as necessary, and report progress to leadership.
    • Serve as a key contributor in a complex and fast-paced environment, managing multiple programs of medium to high complexity.
    • Communicate status updates, risks, and escalations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
    • Integrate business and functional priorities into program execution.


    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • 10+ years of experience in the technology sector, including 8+ years managing technical projects or programs.
    • Proven experience managing programs across multiple technologies and business functions.
    • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
