    We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Loan Servicing - Support role in our Financial Services industry based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer applications, and maintaining customer records.

    Responsibilities:
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
    • Oversee customer accounts and take necessary actions in accordance with company policies
    • Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
    • Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
    • Coordinate with various stakeholders to confirm compliance with our Draw Process
    • Carefully manage wire draw to protect against fraud
    • Maintain balance in Project Workbook, Banklabs and Signature/Black Knight as Draws are made
    • Ensure all required documents are stored correctly within our system, keeping shared drive to a minimum
    • Monitor pipelines and ensure all recurring tasks, including receipt of final documentation, status updates and completion tasks, are completed on time
    • Process modifications, payoffs and builder applications in a timely manner
    • Assist with end of the year 1099 reporting for servicing
    • Update builder/contractor licensing information annually and establish license review process as we expand into new states.

    • Proficiency in 3M Coding is necessary for this role.

    • Demonstrable experience with Adobe Acrobat is required.

    • Familiarity with Automated Underwriting Systems is a must.

    • Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

    • Strong data processing skills are essential.

    • Experience with appraisals in the financial services industry is needed.

    • Excellent bank relations skills are necessary.

    • Previous experience in a call center customer service role is desirable.

    • Knowledge of closing processes in the financial services industry is required.

    • Compliance knowledge within the financial services industry is crucial.
