Robert Half is partnering with a financial services firm in the recruiting for an Operations Administrator. An exciting opportunity in Brookfield, Wisconsin area This role primarily revolves around the financial industry and will involve auditing loan agreements, facilitating the loan process, and providing supervisory responsibilities to the operations team.
This is a permanent placement opportunity offering a full benefits package including 3 weeks vacation, quarterly bonus eligibility, profit sharing and 401k match.
Responsibilities:
• Checking and verifying the accuracy and completeness of signed loan documentation.
• Identifying and addressing potential issues that may hinder loan funding while ensuring all actions taken are within legal, moral, and ethical boundaries.
• Providing backup support for the Operations team, including application entry, documentation, and phone coverage.
• Developing comprehensive knowledge of the Operations processes to act as a resource for all partners.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office to maintain records and manage data entry tasks.
• Leveraging administrative experience to enhance business operations.
• Administering loan agreements and financing arrangements
• 3+ years of administrative/operational support experience
• Strong skills in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Administrative management experience or showcasing the ability to oversee and coordinate administrative procedures and systems
• Proficiency in Office Software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
