We are offering an employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Kenosha, Wisconsin. As a vital part of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, ensuring accurate records, and facilitating efficient order processing.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main internal contact for managing orders and related queries.
• Manage and respond to incoming emails from various internal sources.
• Facilitate accurate inventory management, including item setup validation, purchase order processing, and communication with the warehouse.
• Work in collaboration with all Account Management, Client Services, Production, Finance, and operations staff.
• Prioritize orders and projects, including prompt expediting of emergency requests.
• Maintain and distribute various reports as needed to ensure daily requirements are met.
• Generate clear, consistent communication to internal and external team members regarding status and requirements of programs.
• Follow-through on exception reporting from beginning to end – generate reports, code items, follow-up with stakeholders, and problem solve as necessary to eliminate exceptions.
• Assist with special projects as necessary.
