    Are you a CRM expert looking to make a big impact? Our growing client is in the middle of a transition to NetSuite, and is looking for a CRM Analyst to be the subject matter expert. This role will work closely with key business units to optimize, maintain, and enhance the CRM system, ensuring it aligns with evolving business needs. This is a Direct Hire/Permanent Placement opportunity allowing for a negotiable hybrid schedule.


    What You’ll Do:

    • Serve as the CRM SME, guiding the organization through NetSuite adoption and optimization.
    • Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, and finance to understand requirements and improve CRM workflows.
    • Analyze, refine, and automate CRM processes to drive efficiency and business growth.
    • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance.
    • Provide training and support to end users, ensuring best practices and maximum adoption.
    • Collaborate with IT and external vendors on system enhancements and integrations.

    What You Bring:

    • 3+ years of CRM administration/analysis experience, preferably with NetSuite.
    • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Experience with CRM optimization, reporting, and process automation.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment.
