    Job Overview:

As a Part-Time Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for developing platform-specific, high-performing content that resonates with diverse audiences. Your role will include creating content such as carousels, micro-videos, static posts, and more, while staying up to date with current trends in the digital marketing space. The ideal candidate will be skilled at tailoring content for each platform (e.g., multi-slide carousels for LinkedIn vs. quick follow-up videos for Instagram) and have the flexibility to manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule using a content calendar.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop engaging, high-quality content tailored to various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
    • Create different types of content, such as carousels, micro-videos, static posts, and other multimedia formats, optimized for each platform’s audience.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and algorithm updates to maximize content performance.
    • Plan and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posts across all platforms.
    • Schedule and post content using social media management tools.
    • Monitor audience engagement and provide recommendations for content strategy improvements.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in creating platform-specific content for social media.
    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their unique requirements (e.g., LinkedIn prefers professional, multi-slide carousels; Instagram favors visually striking Reels and Stories).
    • Strong understanding of current content trends and what performs well in various industries.
    • Excellent graphic design skills; familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
    • Video editing experience for creating short, compelling clips.
    • Strong organizational skills for planning and maintaining a content calendar.
    • Proficiency in using content scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
