    We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Guest Services Representative in the non-profit industry, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining a detail oriented and welcoming environment, and handling administrative duties.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure a welcoming and safe environment for visitors, addressing their needs promptly and in a detail oriented manner.
    • Provide effective wayfinding and communication assistance to staff and visitors.
    • Handle incoming telephone calls, providing courteous and friendly interactions.
    • Assist callers, visitors, or staff as needed by routing calls to appropriate personnel within the organization.
    • Adhere strictly to protocols regarding client communication, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
    • Coordinate the receipt and delivery of mail, ensuring proper sorting and distribution.
    • Arrange for pickups with UPS and Federal Express as necessary.
    • Assist with vendor and building service staff requests or access requirements.
    • Maintain and update front desk manual and procedure book, supporting special projects as required.
    • Administer parking permits and maintain a log for the employee van.
    • Coordinate staff hospitality processes, including ordering catered lunches, flowers, and generating recognition materials.
    • Restock shared conference rooms with hospitality supplies as necessary.
    • Provide administrative support to the CEO's office and offer program support as needed.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest services role within a non-profit organization.
    • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems.
    • Experience with ADP - Financial Services.
    • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new computer programs.
    • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
    • Experience with EHR System.
    • Knowledge of time management tool 'About Time'.
    • Ability to handle answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
    • Experience with benefit functions within a non-profit setting.
    • Familiarity with billing functions and claim administration in a non-profit organization.
