This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a remote working environment and can efficiently handle bookkeeping tasks, reconciliations, and order entry while providing valuable support for our accounting processes.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform regular bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and data entry.
    • Manage C-Corp accounting activities and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
    • Utilize Sage 100 ERP to maintain accurate financial records and address any system-related roadblocks.
    • Support order entry and operational processes as needed.
    • Collaborate with the accounting firm for year-end financial reporting and tax preparation.
    • Provide accurate and timely financial reports to assist with business operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
    • Strong proficiency in Sage 100 ERP (required).
    • Familiarity with C-Corp accounting and reconciliation processes.
    • Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely.

    Preferred Qualifications:
