    Responsibilities:

    As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth flow of HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Communication Hub: Answering emails and phone calls, taking messages, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
    • Recruitment Support: Posting open positions on job boards, pre-screening candidates over the phone, and scheduling candidate interviews.
    • Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinating the onboarding of new hires and offboarding of employees with various departments.
    • Administrative Tasks: Performing clerical duties such as data entry, document copying, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
    • Record Maintenance: Maintaining employee files by updating records and scanning copies when necessary in Sharepoint.
    • Event Coordination: Assisting in the preparation of company events by providing logistical support, coordinating dates and times, and ordering items for celebrations and parties.
    • Flexibility: Being adaptable and ready to take on other duties as assigned by the HR Manager to contribute to the overall success of the HR department.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in HR
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
