    We are seeking a Benefits Administrator for a role within the Financial Services industry, based in Tennessee, United States. The successful candidate will be handling a range of responsibilities related to benefits administration, reconciliation of invoices, and providing guidance on benefits.

    Responsibilities:
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, providing clear and concise information
    • Guide employees through the benefits enrollment process to ensure understanding and completion
    • Carry out reconciliation of benefits invoices to maintain accurate financial records
    • Liaise with the payroll department by sending necessary benefits-related documentation for processing
    • Manage the administration of 401k - RRSP, including auditing, claims, and Cobra administration
    • Use CRM, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Dayforce for various benefit functions
    • Process leave of absences (LOA's) and familiarize yourself with related laws per state
    • Handle Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) forms to ensure compliance and accuracy of information.
    • Position: Benefits Administrator
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Proficient in ADP - Financial Services
    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
    • Familiarity with Ceridian software
    • Proficient in using CRM systems
    • Experience with Dayforce software
    • Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration
    • Auditing skills are essential
    • Familiarity with Benefit Functions
    • Experience in Claim Administration
    • Knowledge of Cobra Administration is required
    • Proficient in Benefits Administration

This role will involve providing top-notch administrative support, focusing on benefits management. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing employee benefits, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all relevant HRIS data is up-to-date.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Administer the orientation and enrollment of new hires in group benefits in collaboration with HR Leaders.</p><p>• Collaborate with Payroll to guarantee accurate deductions after annual open enrollment and on an ongoing basis.</p><p>• Utilize HRIS for the reconciliation and processing of all monthly benefits invoices, ensuring prompt payment.</p><p>• Support open enrollment communications, HRIS changes including new carriers and rates, and carrier connections.</p><p>• Serve as the point of contact for employees' benefits queries and issues.</p><p>• Assist as necessary with life, disability, and FMLA claims.</p><p>• Handle life events processing and maintain related documentation in HRIS.</p><p>• Oversee the weekly 401(k) employee deferral changes in HRIS.</p><p>• Organize and oversee employee engagement activities such as blood drives, annual flu shot clinic, annual food drive, and holiday luncheon.</p><p>• Assist with special projects as needed, including research, comparison of findings, and recommendation of changes in company procedures.</p><p>• Aid in the preparation of reports and audits, including annual retirement plan audits, EEOC reports, and worker's compensation audits.</p><p>• Ensure all required annual notices are distributed to new hires and annually as necessary.</p><p>• Update and post all company policies on the intranet regularly.</p><p>• Generate monthly HR reports for various vendor uploads.</p>
