    We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Executive Assistant with excellent MS Office skills to provide high-level administrative support to a key leadership position in the healthcare sector.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
    2. Coordinating logistics for meetings and events, including preparing materials, setting up technology, and arranging for meals or refreshments.
    3. Utilizing advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills to generate reports, create spreadsheets, presentations and documents.
    4. Preparing and editing internal and external letters, reports and presentations.
    5. Handle confidential information, which requires absolute discretion.
    6. Reviewing, sorting, and responding to mail and emails as directed by the executive.
    7. Coordinating travel arrangements and prepare expense reports in a timely manner.
    8. Conducting research or analysis as requested.
    9. Anticipating the needs of the executive and continually looking for ways to increase efficiency and productivity.


    Qualifications:

    1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in the healthcare industry.
    2. In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite including advanced skills in Excel.
    3. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
    4. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
    5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    6. High level of discretion and judgement.
    7. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
