    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide desktop and user support for warehouse employees, resolving technical issues related to Windows-based computers, printers, and mobile devices.
    • Troubleshoot and repair RF scanners, barcode printers, and handheld mobile devices used in the distribution center.
    • Install, configure, and maintain warehouse workstations, thin clients, and peripheral devices.
    • Support and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and related applications.
    • Respond to and track help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
    • Assist with network troubleshooting, including wired and wireless connectivity in the facility.
    • Perform routine maintenance and software updates for desktop systems and RF scanning equipment.
    • Collaborate with IT team members to deploy new hardware and software solutions.
    • Provide training and guidance to end-users on basic troubleshooting and best practices.
    • Ensure all IT assets are properly documented and inventoried.
    • Work closely with warehouse operations teams to ensure minimal downtime of critical systems.
    • Follow IT security policies and procedures to protect company systems and data.


    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 2+ years of experience in desktop support or IT help desk roles, preferably in a distribution or warehouse environment.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and warehouse-related applications.
    • Hands-on experience with RF scanners, barcode printers, and handheld devices (e.g., Zebra, Honeywell, or similar brands).
    • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VLANs, DHCP).
    • Experience with Active Directory, user account management, and Group Policy.
    • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM best practices.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move IT equipment as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
    • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
    • Previous experience supporting 24/7 warehouse or manufacturing environments.
