Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and update data into databases and systems with speed and accuracy
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Perform data cleanup and correction to maintain database integrity
• Retrieve and organize data as requested by team members or management
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive data
• Conduct quality control checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to data management
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
• Proficiency with data entry software, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to type quickly and accurately (with a minimum typing speed of [insert preferred WPM, e.g., 50 WPM])
