This role is an integral part of our accounting team, where you will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, assisting with month-end close, and handling accounts payable and receivable. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Play a pivotal role in maintaining the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</p><p>• Assist with the crucial process of month-end close.</p><p>• Handle accounts payable (AP) effectively, ensuring all transactions are recorded timely and accurately.</p><p>• Efficiently manage accounts receivable (AR), keeping track of all incoming payments.</p><p>• Perform bank reconciliations periodically to ensure financial integrity.</p><p>• Prepare and post journal entries as required, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.</p><p>• Leverage your skills in NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.</p><p>• Regularly monitor and review customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary.</p>
