    We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Web Developer to support and enhance digital eCommerce and related platforms. This role blends hands-on development (70%) with architecture and team leadership (30%), requiring a strong foundation in modern full-stack technologies and a collaborative mindset.

    sResponsibilities

    • Deliver responsive, cross-browser web interfaces using React, Bootstrap, and Redux
    • Develop robust API endpoints for use across web, mobile, and third-party applications
    • Demonstrate ownership and strong work ethic, leading by example
    • Lead architectural and design discussions, contributing to shared technical direction
    • Develop and expand a reusable component library
    • Adhere to and advocate for JavaScript best practices
    • Create and maintain sequence diagrams and technical documentation
    • Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, and Engineering teams on critical projects
    • Write unit tests (Jest) and ensure strong test coverage and code quality
    • Participate actively in agile software development processes


    Qualifications

    • Very strong skills in HTML5, ES6+ JavaScript, Node.js, React.js/Redux, and SASS
    • Deep experience writing and consuming APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.)
    • High proficiency in React.js and JavaScript in a senior role (minimum 1 year)
    • 6+ years of professional experience in UI/front-end web development, with at least 3 years focused on React
    • 6+ years of back-end/API experience, including at least 3 years using Node.js
    • Proven success in team-oriented, collaborative environments with Agile SDLC knowledge
    • Self-motivated, creative, independent, and a clear communicator
    • Authorized to work in the United States
    • Knowledge of ADA-compliant accessibility solutions
    • Experience with analytics and performance monitoring
    • Familiarity with Linux and AWS Lambda
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices
    • Understanding of web performance and optimization techniques
