    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with federal and state regulations.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 3–5 years of experience in non-profit accounting with a strong understanding of NFP and grant funding compliance.
    • Audit experience and the ability to confidently present and explain financials to internal teams and external agencies.
    • Leadership experience is welcomed but not required—key focus is on accounting, reporting, and compliance.
    • Proficiency in GMS software and a commitment to accuracy and detail.

In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing a range of financial activities including costing, variance analysis, and the review of accounts payable.
